Please Note: As our products are handmade, there may be minor variations in each item, ensuring that no two pieces are identical. Therefore, the final product may occasionally differ slightly from what is displayed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Delivery & Tracking:
The estimated delivery time is 3-15 days.
We process your order quickly, so changes cannot be made once confirmed, including delivery address or other options. If you need to change your delivery address, please get in touch with us within 24 hours.
Once your order is packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details and a link to track your parcel online. You can also track your order under ‘Orders’ in your My Account section.
Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to be uploaded.

Return & Refund Policy:
We appreciate your support and thank for choosing us. Be advised that all items are non-returnable.
Refunds will only be considered for products that arrive damaged. To initiate a refund request, you are required to submit an unboxing video, along with photographs of the packaging and the damaged item. If you receive a damaged product, please ensure that you provide the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery. The refund amount will be determined based on the extent of the damage.
